Shares is now powered by eScrip. Beginning April 1, S.H.A.R.E.S. cards will no longer be necessary, so the card will be obsolete.
Shares will contribute to community-based, non-profit organizations that nourish our community. That includes:
- Children’s health, education and fitness—As our future leaders, it’s critical that we get our children off on the right foot. Our investment in our communities’ children includes health and welfare programs, school foundations, after-school programs and sports boosters.
- Community organizations—Lucky is committed to supporting those volunteer organizations that provide infrastructure and social services to our communities, such as churches, senior centers, animal shelters, scouts, homeless services, friends of the library programs, and public services like volunteer fire departments.
- Those working to end hunger—There is nothing more fundamental than food to truly nourish community. Both Feeding America and other community, non-profit food banks that provide food, either as a direct service or through a network, are qualified to receive Shares contributions.
