What Information We Collect and How it is Collected

The eScrip suite of secure applications requires users to provide contact information (like their name and email address), unique identifiers (like their group or supporter ID), financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their zip code). We use customer contact information to send the user information about our company and possible promotional material from some of our merchant partners. The customer’s contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to check the users’ qualifications for registration with the program. Unique identifiers (such as group or supporter ID) are collected to verify the user’s identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor the visitor’s experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences.

In addition, we may receive Personal Information, as well as other information about you from our merchants, such as purchase transaction(s), order number and date and time of purchase. Surveys

Our Web server and database reside behind a firewall in a secure datacenter with fault tolerance, offsite backup and fire protection. We maintain a multi-tiered system with no direct access to the database.
