Your families can pick up their personal Sierra Hills and Angels Food Markets Community Card at any Sierra Hills and Angels Food Markets locations. Once they receive and activate their card, every time they use the card at Sierra Hills and Angels Food Markets, we will contribute up to 5% of the monthly purchase amounts.
