Up to 5% on all purchases based on the following:
$0 - $200: 1%
$201 - $300: 2%
$301 - $400: 3%
$401 - $500: 4%
over $500: 5%
If your monthly purchases totaled $550, your contribution earned would be $13.50, like so:
(1%*$200) + (2%*$100) + (3%*$100) + (4%*$100) + (5%*$50) = $13.50
